The coordination between the Administration, Consultant and Contractor shall be provided for temporary admission and final acceptance procedures.

Provisional and final acceptances are made with the participation of the Administration and Consultant in the admission delegations and acceptance documents are issued. Completion of the deficiencies determined in the temporary admission is done under the supervision of the Consultant.

After the approval of the provisional acceptance document is approved by the Administration, final accounts are examined by the Consultant and submitted to the approval of the Administration. Admitting the final accounts of the administration is in the process of final acceptance.

Certain entitlements to be prepared in accordance with the final accounts approved by the Administration shall be submitted to the Administration concurrently with the final acceptance procedures at the latest.
